Inquiries capture organization or entity information, research-use context, acknowledgement records, timestamp, IP, and browser details for compliance review.

EverLife products are provided strictly for lawful laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food, drug, supplement, cosmetic use, or use outside lawful laboratory research settings.
No use guidance or protocol support
EverLife does not provide use guidance, protocols, preparation instructions, application support, or human/veterinary-use assistance.
No wink-wink signals
The same rule applies to website copy, account emails, social posts, referrals, product pairings, and off-site context: no coded language or indirect suggestion of human or veterinary use.
Payment after checkout
Zelle instructions are shown after checkout. Payment is due immediately after order placement and must include the order number in the memo or reference. Orders remain on hold until payment is confirmed.
COA access in the portal
COA records are available to signed-in account holders when batch documentation is released. Released records are matched by product and batch identifier inside the research portal.
