The same rule applies to website copy, account emails, social posts, referrals, product pairings, and off-site context: no coded language or indirect suggestion of human or veterinary use.
Payment and portal access after review
A quote, payment link, or reviewed request submission is not order acceptance. Payment or portal access is issued only after review.
COA access in the portal
COA records are available to verified account holders when batch documentation is released. Released records are matched by product and batch identifier inside the research portal.
