Products are:

• NOT food, drugs, supplements, or cosmetics
• NOT for use outside lawful laboratory research settings

By purchasing from EverLife Research, LLC, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an authorized purchaser or representative with legal authority to submit research-use inquiries
• You are legally permitted to purchase these products in your jurisdiction
• Purchaser represents and warrants that materials are being acquired solely for lawful laboratory research purposes
• You understand the products are sold solely for lawful research purposes

EverLife Research, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. No Medical Claims or Intended-Use Signals

Information presented on this website is limited to product identity, specifications, storage conditions, and documentation status. EverLife Research, LLC does not provide use guidance, protocols, preparation instructions, application support, or human/veterinary-use assistance. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

EverLife applies the same rule across website copy, product listings, account emails, social channels, referral activity, and off-site promotion: no direct or indirect signaling that products are intended for human or veterinary use.

3. Product Information and Testing

EverLife Research, LLC may provide Certificates of Analysis (COA), lot numbers, batch dates, and third-party testing documentation. Testing documents are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees regarding suitability for any unauthorized use. Purchasers are responsible for independently reviewing all information prior to use in any research setting.

4. Assumption of Risk

Purchaser assumes all liability and risk associated with handling, storage, transportation, research application, and disposal. EverLife Research, LLC shall not be liable for prohibited product use, improper storage, unauthorized application, consequential or incidental damages, or regulatory violations by purchasers. Under no circumstances shall EverLife Research, LLC liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

5. Prohibited Uses

Purchasers agree NOT to:

• Use products for human or veterinary use
• Mislabel or redistribute products unlawfully
• Use products in violation of FDA, DEA, USDA, or other regulations
• Resell products in jurisdictions where prohibited
• Misrepresent products as approved pharmaceuticals

Any suspected non-compliant use may result in order cancellation, account termination, or reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.

6. Affiliate and Referral Policy

Affiliate, referral, ambassador, discount-code, and reward access is available only after EverLife review and may be denied, paused, or terminated at any time. Referral codes may not be promoted with prohibited claims or content.

Referral participants are responsible for all public and private claims made with or around their code, including social posts, comments, messages, groups, landing pages, and emails.

Referral participants agree to the following requirements:

• No dosing claims
• No human-use language
• No before/after images
• No disease, fat-loss, injury, recovery, or anti-aging claims
• No "how to use" content
• No coded, indirect, or wink-wink language implying human or veterinary use
• Violations terminate referral access

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, graphics, and written materials are the exclusive property of EverLife Research, LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Payment Processing

Orders are account-required and processed through the EverLife research portal. We reserve the right to refuse inquiries, hold orders for review, require eligibility documentation, and decline suspected fraudulent or non-compliant requests.

For Zelle orders, payment is due immediately after checkout and must include the EverLife order number in the memo or reference. Payment submission does not guarantee fulfillment, shipment, or portal-record release. EverLife Research, LLC may maintain the following records where available:

• Timestamped record of Research Use Agreement acceptance
• IP address and device information associated with an accepted order
• Order confirmation email delivery record
• Zelle reference, payment status, and related order notes
• Shipment tracking confirmation with delivery status
• COA and lot documentation associated with shipped product when available

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting EverLife Research to attempt resolution may constitute a breach of these Terms.

EverLife may provide order records, IP logs, tracking records, purchaser acknowledgements, and delivery confirmations in response to disputes.

Purchasers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may have their records submitted to fraud prevention networks and may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

9. Shipping Restrictions

EverLife Research, LLC ships exclusively via UPS and FedEx. We do not ship via USPS.

EverLife Research, LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment to restricted jurisdictions and individuals or entities suspected of unlawful activity. Purchasers are responsible for understanding import regulations in their location. We are not responsible for customs seizures, carrier delays, import duties or taxes, or confiscated packages.

Products may not be exported, re-exported, or transferred in violation of applicable United States laws or regulations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverLife Research, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from prohibited product use, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or improper research application.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11A. Mandatory Arbitration - PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver - Purchaser agrees that any dispute shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.

Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@everliferesearch.com within 30 days of your first purchase.

11B. Force Majeure

EverLife Research, LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, regulatory changes, import/export restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or carrier failures.

12. Changes to Terms

EverLife Research, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

1. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened products
• Used products
• Temperature-sensitive items
• Products with broken seals

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@everliferesearch.com. Include your order number, photos of packaging/products, and description of the issue. Approved claims may receive replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Lost Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, EverLife Research, LLC is not responsible for theft, delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser, or carrier mishandling after confirmed delivery. If a package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where fraud is suspected, chargeback abuse occurs, or false claims are submitted.

3. Address Accuracy

Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. EverLife Research, LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses, returned shipments due to address errors, or delays caused by carrier issues. Reshipping fees may apply.

4. Signature Confirmation

5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

7. Weather and Temperature Disclaimer

Purchasers acknowledge that temperature exposure during shipping may occur. EverLife Research, LLC is not responsible for improper storage after delivery, heat exposure during transit, or degradation caused by improper handling after shipment.

8. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by purchasers may be subject to restocking fees and may not qualify for refunds due to research material handling requirements.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You represent and warrant that you are an authorized purchaser or representative with legal authority to acquire research materials in your jurisdiction, and that materials are being acquired solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.

2. Research Use Certification

You certify that all products ordered from EverLife Research are purchased solely for lawful laboratory research purposes. Products are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food, drug, supplement, cosmetic use, or use outside lawful laboratory research settings.

3. No Human or Veterinary Use

You agree that products will not be used for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food, drug, supplement, cosmetic use, or use outside lawful laboratory research settings. You agree not to request use guidance, protocols, preparation instructions, application support, or human/veterinary-use assistance from EverLife Research.

4. Compliance and Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and jurisdiction-specific laws and regulations before acquiring, possessing, storing, researching, transporting, or disposing of any product. EverLife may refuse, cancel, restrict, or hold any request for review.

5. Account and Request Records

EverLife access is account-required. Review acknowledgements, acceptance timestamps, account ID, session ID, IP address, proxy/header details, request or accepted-order details, and related compliance records may be stored for audit support, fraud prevention, account support, and legal compliance.

COA and QR lookup views may also be logged with timestamp, account, IP, forwarded IP, and user-agent information when available. These logs are evidence aids and do not replace request acknowledgements or legal obligations.

6. Product Review and COA Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing product identity, lot information, COA documents, storage instructions, and applicable documentation before using a product in any research setting. COA information is provided for research identity and purity review only and does not establish safety, efficacy, or fitness for any use outside lawful laboratory research settings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using products for human or veterinary use
• Reselling, relabeling, or redistributing products unlawfully
• Misrepresenting products as approved pharmaceuticals or supplements
• Purchasing on behalf of a prohibited person or restricted jurisdiction
• Submitting false eligibility, shipping, payment, chargeback, or compliance information

8. Order Review and Payment Acceptance

Order submission and Zelle payment do not by themselves guarantee fulfillment, shipment, or portal-record release. EverLife may cancel, refund, hold, or restrict orders that cannot be reviewed, confirmed, or that appear non-compliant. Payment processors, fraud tools, and shipping carriers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

You assume all risk and liability associated with product handling, storage, research use, transportation, and disposal. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverLife Research, LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from prohibited use, violation of this Agreement, violation of law, or improper research application.

10. Continuing Effect and Contact
