Referral and Affiliate Rules

Eligibility

• Participants must be authorized representatives and agree to this policy in writing before receiving a code.
• Codes are personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time.
• Participation is a revocable privilege, not a right.

Permitted Activity

• Share a unique code and link to the EverLife storefront.
• Use factual, neutral statements that EverLife supplies research-grade compounds for laboratory research use only with lot-matched COA records.
• Repeat EverLife published research-use-only product descriptions without modification.

Prohibited Claims - Zero Tolerance

• No dosing claims
• No human-use language
• No before/after images
• No disease, fat-loss, injury, recovery, or anti-aging claims
• No "how to use" content
• No coded, indirect, or wink-wink language implying human or veterinary use
• Violations terminate referral access

Required Conduct

• Disclose the referral relationship clearly when promoting a code.
• Use only EverLife current, published, unmodified product language.
• Keep every post, message, landing page, email, or comment consistent with for-research-use-only positioning.

Monitoring and Review

• EverLife may review referral content at any time and may require removal of any post.
• On request, participants must provide links to content using their code.
• EverLife may require content pre-approval for higher-volume participants.

Violations and Termination

• Any prohibited claim may result in immediate termination of the code and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.
• Participants are responsible for removing non-compliant content immediately on notice.
• EverLife may pursue available remedies for harm caused by non-compliant promotion.

Participant Acknowledgment

I have read and agree to the EverLife Research Referral and Affiliate Policy. I understand that prohibited claims may result in immediate termination and that I may not make health, dosing, human-use, or administration claims in any medium.
